At roughly 5:55 am on the morning of January 10, the Fresno Communications Middle acquired a number of calls relating to a number of automobile crashes on Freeway 99 northbound, north of Betty Drive close to Goshen county. It was darkish, windy, and average rainfall as officers from the California Freeway Patrol Visalia Regional Workplace have been dispatched to the scene to analyze.
Preliminary investigation revealed that an unidentified male, decided to be about 30 years outdated, was driving a 2014 Ford F-150 north of Betty Drive, on lane 1 northbound on Freeway 99. A 53-year-old man from Cutler was using his 2004 Honda VTX1300 bike alongside a Ford F-150 in lane 2. Joanna Aldana Oliva, 32, was driving a 2006 Toyota Avalon in lane 1 behind the Ford F-150, and Huriel Rodriguez, 49, was driving a 2019 Ford F-550 behind the Toyota.
Resulting from windy circumstances and saturated floor from current storms, a eucalyptus tree fell from the median and landed on a Ford F-150 and a Honda bike. The Ford F-150 was disabled by the influence, and the motive force and bike skidded alongside the street, stopping within the site visitors lanes north of the fallen tree.
